From February 3-5 HIP held the 2007 Leadership Conference in Los Angeles. The three-day event featured trainings for Latino nonprofit leaders and funders concerned with Latino issues, as well as dialogues, keynote speakers, theatre productions, a tour of South L.A.'s growing Latino community, and a gala awards event honoring Latino leaders in giving.
