In December, Southern California HIP members gathered together with members from Asian Americans/Pacific Islanders in Philanthropy and African Americans in Philanthropy for the 4th Annual Leadership Recognition and Holiday Reception.

Honorees included Micahel Balaoing, Dr. Diane Bonta, Jesse Casso, Jr., Stewart Kwoh, Monica Lozano, Antonio Manning, Hugo Morales, Frank Quevado, Dr. Cynthia Telles, and Virginia Victorin.

HIP also honored outgoing Committee Chair Rosa Castillo for her outstanding leadership of the local chapter.
