Gracia Goya is HIP's Project Manager for Transnational Programs. Gracia most recently worked for the German Technical Cooperation Agency, a branch of the German government that seeks to promote global development. At the agency Gracia was responsible for Public-Private-sector partnerships, as well as developing and implementing a system of cooperative consensus-building that incorporated perspectives from the different partners in the public and private sectors. Prior to this Gracia worked for many years as a chemical engineer, with specialization in Project Planning, Monitoring and Impact Evaluation, and Moderating Techniques. This includes a period with the Mexican National Chamber of Manufacturing Industry, where she held several positions in the areas of Environmental Management and Direct Services to the members of the chamber.
