Mireille Posse is the Program Assistant for the Transnational Program in the Mexico office. In this role she supports HIP’s expanding their work in Mexico and in Guatemala. Prior to HIP she worked in Fundacion Solidaridad Mexicano Americana, A.C. as assistant of the Executive Director creating and implementing new projects. She gets involved with philanthropy because of her social work in college. Since she get into the labor market she have been working in Foundations because she believes that we can have a better society if we all together help improving and giving opportunities to the less fortunate, giving the tools to become productive.
 Sehe was born in Mexico City and get a bachelor’s degree in International Affairs for the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. Her hobbies are running and all type of outdoors activities. One of her goals is being able to run the New York and Chicago marathon.
