Rossana Peniche-Mayorga is the Program Director for the Western Region. She was born in Mexico City and moved to the US in 1976.  She has more than 24 years in marketing, sales and public relations/community outreach experience.  She has developed and executed international and local processes to implement corporate programs and long-term initiatives for corporations, in partnership with non-profits, community leaders and government officials impacting the communities at large.  As the Sr. Multicultural Marketing Manager for Fidelity National Financial, her most recent assignment, Rossana worked on building, developing and sustaining educational programs and resources to support the needs of diverse communities regarding homeownership.

Rossana served on the board of Hispanics in Philanthropy for six years and was chair or the Human Resources committee.  She is currently on the Alumni Resources Board of Carondelet High School and chair of “Special Services” committee.  She also serves in the Core Leadership Team for the Catholic Youth Organization.

She received her Certificate of Bilingual/Associate Degree from Grace Ball College in 1984 and continued developing her interests through professional leadership programs.  She attended the Academy of Contributions Leadership Program:  Process & Execution Management Training Program; Supervisory Skills ram:  Communication Writing Skills and Media Skills Training.

Rossana lives in Antioch,CA with her husband Felix and daughter, Laura Gabriela.  Her hobbies include camping, playing guitar and spending time with friends and family.
