HIP Leadership Conference for Grantmakers -
The conference will offer you a space to share stories and build your skills as change agents - within your institutions, in your communities and in the field of philanthropy. There will be plenty of opportunity for professional networking, not only with other grantmakers, but also with 200 of the best and brightest Latino non profit leaders in the field. This is an opportunity for us to come together as a community and set an agenda for our future work. And in typcial HIP fashion, after a day of inspiring dialogue -- we'll dance the night away when the famous Los Angeles "Conga Room" comes to life again for one night to celebrate Latinos as Givers!

The Summit is an intensive two-day, action-oriented, forum for grantmakers designed to push us beyond the boundaries of our personal and institutional issues and identify silos, funding critiera and guidelines. You and your colleagues have a unique opportunity to creatively explore the philanthropic paradigms that shape our work, and, at the same time, both promote and limit our effectiveness to impact sustained social change.
