HIP held its annual membership meeting on April 29, 2007 in Seattle, WA. We elected four new board members:
Luella Chavez D'Angelo, Maria Teresa Rojas, Tara Sandercock, Kevin Walker.
And thanked outgoing board members: Tom Ross, Gloria Rubio Cortes, Fernando Torres Gil.
This year's program featured a screening of clips from the documentary "We're Not Bad Kids" and a pannel discussion with: Zelenne Cardenas, United Coalition East Prevention Project; Andrea Carrion, Hoy Los Angeles; Julio Marcial, The California Wellness Foundation; and moderated by Florangela Davila, The Seattle Times.
