Congratulations to HIP member Julio Marcial who has been named Program Director for The California Wellness Foundation, responsible for the Foundation’s teenage pregnancy prevention and violence prevention grantmaking issues. The program director makes the recommendation of approximately $9 million in grants annually, which support and achieves the Foundation’s mission, to senior management and the Board of Directors.
