Hispanics in Philanthropy is pleased to announce the release of our most recent report, “The Funders' Collaborative for Strong Latino Communities: Lessons Learned in Boulder County." The report shares the work we have done in support of the Latino nonprofit sector in Boulder County, Colorado. It relates the challenges from and best practices for implementing an organizational development training program for Latino nonprofit leaders in an emerging Latino community.
Hispanics in Philanthropy offers this briefing paper in hopes that it will serve as an effective model for building nonprofit organizational capacity, developing strong leadership in communities of color, and integrating new immigrants into communities.
