HIP President Diana Campoamor is being featured as part of ABC7 KGO-TV's Hispanic Heritage Salutes in September, 2006.

The Hispanic Heritage Salutes program has been going on for nine years.  It has featured key community leaders and role models that include Evelyn Cisneros, Judge Carlos Bea, Assemblywoman Liz Figueroa, San Jose Mayor Ron Gonzales, and many more.  Diana's 30-second spot began airing on Thursday, September 14, and will be aired repeatedly throughout the month.
